Yes, but with some important considerations. Every pregnancy and every body is different, so we ask that you let your instructor know that you are pregnant before taking class and receive clearance from your healthcare provider to exercise.
During early pregnancy, participation in group classes may be appropriate depending on your individual experience, comfort level, and any recommendations from your healthcare provider. As your pregnancy progresses, more of our standard class programming may require modification.
After 17 weeks, we generally recommend transitioning from group classes to private sessions. Our group classes are not specifically designed as prenatal classes, and movements involving prolonged supine positioning, abdominal work, prone (stomach-lying) exercises, and other positions may no longer be appropriate or comfortable.
Private sessions allow your instructor to tailor the entire workout to your changing body, modify positioning and exercises as needed, and help you continue your Pilates practice in a way that feels supportive throughout your pregnancy.
If you’re pregnant or trying to determine which option is best for you, please reach out to us before booking. We’re always happy to help you find the best fit.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in, setting up your reformer, and preparing for class. To respect our instructors and fellow clients, arrivals more than 5 minutes after class begins may not be permitted to join.

Because our classes are intentionally kept small, waitlists are available for full classes. If a space opens, you’ll be automatically added and receive an email confirmation. Once added, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
You can easily manage your waitlist preferences through your Studio Louise account by checking your position or removing yourself from the waitlist at any time.
