Ryann Sawyer
Certified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, Ryann brings a contemporary, athletic approach to her classes with a focus on intentional movement, strength, and control. Her goal is to challenge clients while leaving them feeling accomplished, energized, and stronger than when they walked in. Ryann creates a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable pushing themselves, building confidence, and having fun along the way. Her classes are thoughtful, challenging, and encouraging, and you can always count on a few throwbacks making their way onto the playlist to help get you through the shakes.
Dillon is an advanced Pilates instructor with a background in physiology and strength training. Comprehensively certified through Balanced Body and teaching since 2022, she brings a form-focused, athletic approach to Pilates, blending classical foundations with contemporary movement, functional strength, and rehabilitation. Her classes are challenging and intentional, with a strong emphasis on alignment, mechanics, and purposeful movement. Dillon believes Pilates should make you stronger, more capable, and more connected to your body, not only in class, but in everything you do.
Dillon Case
After graduating from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Accounting, Madison returned to Boston and quickly realized her true passion was in movement and teaching. After practicing Reformer Pilates for more than four years and taking over 1,000 classes, she completed a 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program and now teaches full-time. Known for her uplifting energy and encouraging teaching style, Madison is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies through intentional movement. She believes Pilates goes beyond the studio, influencing how you move, feel, and show up for yourself in everyday life. As both an instructor and forever student, Madison continues to learn and deepen her practice alongside her clients.
Madison Keka
Trained through Balanced Body and Pilates Academy International, Tiffany brings a strong foundation in classical Pilates paired with a clear and approachable teaching style. Her focus is on helping clients build strength, improve body awareness, and better understand how their bodies move. Tiffany’s classes emphasize proper mechanics, control, and thoughtful progression, creating an environment where clients of all levels can feel supported while still being challenged. She blends the foundations of traditional Pilates with an individualized approach to movement, helping clients move with greater confidence, intention, and strength.
Tiff Fallin
With a background in gymnastics and All-Star Cheerleading, Allison has always had a passion for movement, strength, and body awareness. After returning to Boston following her time at the University of Alabama, she developed an appreciation for Pilates as a way to build strength while supporting performance and longevity. Drawing from her own experience with scoliosis and sports-related injuries, Allison is especially passionate about spinal health, core strength, and injury prevention. Her classes combine controlled, athletic movement with intentional sequencing and a strong focus on proper form. Currently completing her Comprehensive Pilates Certification through Balanced Body, Allison is committed to helping clients build strength, resilience, and confidence in their bodies.
Allison Beiche
Maddy fell in love with Reformer Pilates years ago and has been hooked ever since. After years of taking classes and experiencing how Pilates combines strength, control, and movement, she decided to become certified so she could share something she genuinely loves with others. As a former college athlete, movement and fitness have always been a big part of Maddy’s life and continue to influence her teaching style. Her classes are upbeat, challenging, and fun, with plenty of encouragement along the way. Expect a great playlist, positive energy, and definitely a little bit of a burn.

Sarah discovered Reformer Pilates at 18 and instantly fell in love with the practice. After years of developing her own practice and a passion for movement, she decided to turn that passion into teaching and is currently completing her Comprehensive Pilates Certification through Balanced Body. Sarah brings an encouraging and energetic approach to her classes, with a focus on helping clients build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies. She loves creating classes that feel dynamic and engaging, combining thoughtful movement with the right amount of challenge to leave you feeling stronger and accomplished.
